आई, वडील, गुरु, बुध्दी, शौर्य , स्वाभिमान, देशाभिमान हे जन्मताच बिंबवलेला अशी ओळख असलेला हा आपला समाज !
विज्ञान, शास्त्र , कला, क्रीडा, साहित्य, मनोरंजन, खाद्य, व्यापार, सैनिकी ,सरकारी नोकरी, अशा सर्वात अग्रणी असलेला सुशिक्षित समाज अशी ओळख असलेला आपला समाज !
मासे खाणारे ब्राह्मण ! शाळेत विविध टोपण नावांनी चिडवून घेउन खऱ्या अर्थाने मित्रत्व जपणारा आपला समाज !
जातीपाती पलीकडे जाउन एका हाकेला माणसांसाठी उभा राहणार हि ओळख असलेला हा आपला समाज!
स्वाभिमान व अभिमान यामुळे वेळ प्रसंगी “मोडेल पण वाकणार नाही” या वृत्तींमुळे अल्पसंख्याक असूनही आरक्षण ह्या विषया पासून स्वताला नेहमीच दूर ठेवणारा हा आपला समाज !
हाच आपला समाज संपूर्ण देशभरात नव्हे संपूर्ण जगभर पसरला आहे. परंतु बहुतांशी विशेषतः तरूणां मध्ये समाजाविषयी काही कटू आठवणींमुळे एक उदासीनता दिसून येते. त्यातूनही काहीजण व्हाट्स अँप, फेसबुक, इन्स्ट्राग्राम या माध्यमातून आथिर्क, व्यापार, खाद्य, फॅमिली, संस्कृती, विषयक स्नेहसंमेलन असे विविध वेगवेगळे ग्रुप्स करून एकत्र येण्याचा प्रयत्न करतात. मुंबई, पुणे, नागपुर रायगड आणि काही प्रमुख शहरांन मधून आपण सीकेपी जरा जास्त संख्येने असल्याने एकत्र येऊन समाजाचे कार्यक्रम साजरे करतो परंतु उद्योग धंदा, व्यावसायामुळे आधीच अल्पसंख्याक असलेला आपला समाज देशात व जगभरात विखुरलेला आहे या लोकांना समाजात होणाऱ्या सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमाचा आनंद घेता येत नाही, मर्यादित उद्दिष्ठे व मर्यादित स्वरूप असलेल्या कार्यालाही मर्यादित यश मिळते .
इतर समाजात एक हाक मारली कि रस्त्यावर लाखांनी उतरणार्या दुनियेत आपण हि एखाद्या चांगल्या उद्दिष्ठाने कसे एकत्र येउ शकतो हा विचार करून शौर्य, बुद्धी यात कधीही कमी न पडणाऱ्या या आपल्या समाजाला डिजिटल स्वरूपी एकत्र आणण्याचा पुणे सीकेपी पब्लिक ट्रस्ट तर्फे केलेला हा प्रयत्न म्हणजे… आम्ही सारे सीकेपी अँप !

Brahmins who eat fish! Maintaining & nurturing our friendship right from our school days inspite of such teasing, is the characteristic of our community.
Ever ready to support the society and its people, at a short notice, irrespective of which caste/creed they belong to has been the identity of our community
Self-esteem, Pride and an attitude of ‘Will Break but will not Bend’ has made our community distance itself from the topic of reservation, this inspite of being in minority.
Our community is not only spread across our Country but also across the World. However due to some bitter experiences the younger generation is indifferent to our community. In this context some have made an attempt to come together through social media like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram creating various groups like financial, business, food, family, culture, social gatherings. Since we have a large number of CKPs in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Raigad and some other major cities, we are able to come together and celebrate cultural events. However due to our business/profession members of our small community are spread across the world and are unable to enjoy the Cultural Events. Limited reach and limited objectives of such events yields limited success.
In the world where you just need to shout to have lakhs of members of other communities to come together, this is an attempt from Pune CKP Public Trust to bring together a community, which has never lacked in bravery and intelligence, through a digital medium ….. Aamhi Sare CKP App!
